This website is owned and operated by EL Consulting. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms of agreement, along with our privacy policy.

Services We provide business consulting services including strategic planning, operations strategies, customer service, Virtual COO, and onboarding programs. The nature, scope, delivery, timeline, and particulars of any project will be outlined in a separate proposal or contract.

Payment Terms Payment must be received before any consulting work begins. Services may be paid individually or clients can purchase pre-paid consultation packages. All sales are final - no refunds will be provided if a client fails to use purchased consultation services before any expiration date.

Ownership/Use of Consulting Products Any strategies, plans, documents or materials produced as part of our consulting services on behalf of a client shall remain the exclusive property and for the sole use of that client. Our firm retains ownership of all methodologies, best practices and reusable frameworks we employ.

Confidentiality

 We agree not to disclose client information provided to us except as needed in the development of consulting recommendations. We expect clients to avoid disclosing any strategies, proprietary frameworks or methodologies we use without permission.

No Legal Advice
While we provide general business guidance, at no time are we providing official legal or compliance counsel, even when discussing regulations that could impact a business. Clients should seek qualified attorneys on such matters.

While we undertake efforts to provide valuable and ethical consulting, we cannot guarantee any particular business or financial outcomes for clients based on our suggestions. Clients are responsible for performing additional due diligence before implementation.
